Returns & Exchanges
We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit. If you’re not in love with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will take it back without any additional charges.
Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. When return, please kindly send us an email with your order number and tracking number.
The refund will be processed once we receive the purchase. The refund will be sending back to the original payment method. Depending on the differernt banks, it can take from 5 to 30 days to show up on you bank account.
When pack the merchandise, please note that:
1. All returns should be in its original packaging and condition, we cannot process the return if the packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
2. The merchandise should be in its original condition, without any damage, torn or missing parts.
3. If your purchase is damaged when it was sent to you, please kindly send us an email with images. We'll take care of it.
When purchasing the shipping label:
1. We recommend using delivery with signature, that way you'll know when your return is arrived and accepted at our warehouse.
2. Please send us an email with the order number and tracking number together.
If you want to make an exchange, please send us an email with your order number and tracking number, then return your purchase. We'll send out an shipping fee credit for you to make another purchase. The exchange should follow the same rules as returns and we cannot process any exchange goods if they are damaged.
REFUND

Our products’ top speed is 12 mph, and can be altered to 20 mph, so No License needed in most of the states in the USA. Check with your local DMV for accurate information.

Parts damaged by external factors during operations are not covered by manufacturer warranty. Since some areas do not require registration, the customer needs to confirm with their local regulations and request a title if needed.

By purchasing this product, the buyer agrees that the manufacturer or reseller is not liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

Laddies are built of superior materials and in accordance with stringent quality standards. With adequate maintenance, it will give you years of reliable use. If you eventually need replacement parts, technical assistance or product / service information, please contact our Customer Service Department. Have your product’s model name, as well as the order number. The present warranty is only valid if the original buyer registered the warranty within the first thirty (30) day period following the date of purchase. Registration can be done either electronically via our website or by completing and returning the registration card found in your owner’s manual.

Laddie’s warranty is valid only if the product is used for its intended purposes and for which it was designed. Warranty only applies to original buyers, any third parties that involve in resale are not eligible for warranty.

Customers receive a 6-month warranty on any defective part(s) that do not affect the entire integrity of the product. You may elect for an additional $99.97 fee to purchase a warranty on the battery of the scooter. This warranty covers a replacement battery, shipping & handling on the return and outgoing shipment of your new battery. Please note that Laddie will honor replacement batteries without the purchase of the warranty in the event one of these covered reasons occur. (1) Before your first drive (2) Within 24 hours of receiving the product. We ask that you fully charge and test your product before your first ride. Please contact customer service to obtain more information on your warranty options.

Parts and accessories are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty DOES NOT cover:

Products used for rental or other commercial use.

Products that have been damaged by negligence, misuse or accident, or wear due to the owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

Products which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons. Change in appearance of products due to wear, exposure or any other environmental condition.

During the warranty period, Laddie is obliged only to repair or replace, at its discretion, the above-mentioned parts, at either its manufacturing plant, or at an authorized dealer store or service center, as decided by Laddie.

Transportation costs to and from the appointed place of repair or replacement are at the expense of the consumer. FatBear Scooters is not responsible 1) for any damages incurred in transport 2) for storing or transportation fees 3) nor for inconvenience or loss of time or money while repairs are being made.

Any return and/or repair of products must be accompanied by a Laddie return number obtained by your dealer and which can be issued by contacting our Customer Service Department. The return of any Laddie product will not be accepted by us without this return number.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty by Laddie in connection with its above-mentioned products and Laddie makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied (including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose) in such connection except as specifically set in this warranty.

All incidental and/or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the life of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.
