3-Year Limited Warranty: The structural frame components, seat post, and frame are covered under warranty for a period of three (3) years starting from the date of purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty: If any part or electronic component of the scooter is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship upon examination within one (1) year from the date of purchase, it will be replaced at the discretion of Ewheels.

2-Month Warranty: The batteries are covered under warranty for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase. It should be noted that batteries are subject to a strict wear and tear clause. Any manufacturing defects in the batteries will typically become apparent within the initial two months of use. Any gradual decline in performance beyond this period is considered normal wear and tear, and it is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This includes issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or general deterioration.

1-Month Warranty: The scooter's charger is covered under warranty for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
