Returns & Exchanges

        a. Less than 10 miles accumulated driving range.

        b. Good working condition, no visible wear and tear, except tires.

        c. Package is well preserved and can be used for resale.

        d. $150 cleaning applies to all return.

        e. No refund on delivery. Shipping charge applied when picking up at customer location.

- 7 Days (Refund Return)

        a. Less than 30 miles of accumulated driving range.

        b. Good working condition, no visible wear and tear, except tires.

        c. $150 cleaning applies to all returns.

        d. No refund on delivery. Shipping charge applies when picking up at customer location.

When pack the merchandise, please note that:

        -  All returns should be in its original packaging and condition, we cannot process the return if the packaging, tags, or accessories are missing. 

        - The merchandise should be in its original condition, without any damage, torn or missing parts. 

        - If your purchase is damaged when it was sent to you, please kindly send us an email with images. We'll take care of it.

When purchasing the shipping label:

        - We recommend using delivery with signature, that way you'll know when your return is arrived and accepted at our warehouse.

        - Please send us an email with the order number and tracking number together.

If you want to make an exchange, please send us an email with your order number and tracking number, then return your purchase. We'll send out an shipping fee credit for you to make another purchase. The exchange should follow the same rules as returns and we cannot process any exchange goods if they are damaged.
